Payment: By registering for our masterclasses, you agree to make the necessary payments as outlined in the pricing and payment terms specified for each course. Payment must be made in full prior to accessing the masterclass content or attending any live sessions, unless otherwise specified in writing by India Photographers Club.
Registration: Registration for masterclasses is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. India Photographers Club reserves the right to refuse or cancel registrations at its discretion.
Refunds: Refunds for masterclasses are provided in accordance with our refund policy, which may vary depending on the specific masterclass. Please refer to the refund policy provided for each course for details on eligibility and process for requesting refunds.
Access: Upon successful registration and payment, you will be granted access to the masterclass content and any associated materials for the duration specified in the course description. Access is non-transferable and limited to the registered participant only.
Intellectual Property: All materials provided as part of the masterclass, including but not limited to course content, presentations, videos, and handouts, are the intellectual property of India Photographers Club or its licensors. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Prohibited Activities: Participants agree not to share, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise misuse any materials provided as part of the masterclass. Unauthorized use or sharing of masterclass content may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may be subject to legal action.
Conduct: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all masterclass sessions and interactions with instructors and fellow participants. India Photographers Club reserves the right to remove participants who engage in disruptive behavior or violate these terms and conditions.
